I apologize for the inconvenience of our being TEMPORARILY closed. I am working on getting the water heater replaced. However, I am having problems getting the landlord to pay for the repairs to HIS building.We will reopen as soon as possible. Even if it is in a different location.

What We Do

Beit Lechem is what is known in the industry as a Scratch Bakery. This means that almost all of our products are made from scratch. I call this the "sack to the rack" approach.

At present,  I will be the only bread baker in this bakery. My wife will be helping with the cookies. As business allows, I will hire a(nother) baker. I am committed to producing quality products that taste wonderful.

There will be no preservatives added to our products. And we are committed to using only the best ingredients we can in our products. This includes using whole grains, fresh grains and nuts, as well as unbromated flours in the production of our products.

 You can rest assured that when you buy something from Beit Lechem that it is the best we can produce.
